SCIC Winward Islands Ltd. is a joint venture between Scic of Fort-de-France Cédex, Martinique and the St.Lucia National Development Corporation.

The purpose of this company is to manufacture and distribute fertilizers , phytosanitary products and other products used in agricultural production. The products are sold in St.Lucia and neighbouring islands.
